Terms of Service

You can use LumaFlowto convert your own video files. Don't break the law, don't reverse-engineer the app, and accept that we provide it “as is”. Purchases go through Apple — for refunds, ask them. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.

LumaFlow is published by Cassandra Studios EOOD (“Cassandra Studios”, “we”), a company registered in Bulgaria. Registered address: 73 Bulgaria blvd., Triaditsa Distr., Sofia 1404, Bulgaria. VAT ID: BG206817882.

By downloading, installing, or using LumaFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and to Apple's Standard EULA for Licensed Application End User, which applies to all apps distributed through the App Store. Where these terms are silent or conflict, Apple's EULA controls; where our terms add to it, they apply.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use LumaFlow on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Resell, sublicence, rent, or redistribute the app or any part of it
• Use the app to process content you do not have the right to process
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Bypass, disable, or otherwise circumvent any usage limits or licence checks in the app

LumaFlow offers a free tier limited to 5 conversions per calendar month, a monthly subscription at $4.99, and a one-time lifetime purchase at $39.99. Prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of any local taxes Apple may add at checkout.

All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, not by us. You are billed by Apple under your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple ID account settings. We may change prices for new purchases or future renewals; existing one-time lifetime purchases are not affected.

Because all purchases go through Apple, refund requests must be made to Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund decisions are final and outside our control.

EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By starting to use LumaFlowimmediately after purchase, you may waive this right; please consult Apple's refund process.

The free tier allows 5 conversions per calendar month. The quota resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC) and is tracked per Apple ID via iCloud. We may change the free-tier quota with reasonable notice; changes will not retroactively reduce conversions you have already completed.

You retain all rights to the videos you import into and export from LumaFlow. We claim no ownership over your content. Because all processing happens on your device, your content is never transmitted to us — see our Privacy Policy.

LumaFlow, including its name, logo, source code, designs, and marketing assets, is owned by Cassandra Studios EOOD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Apple retains all rights to its platforms and brands.

LumaFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any conversion result will meet your expectations.

Always keep backups of important source footage. We are not responsible for lost or corrupted media files.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cassandra Studios EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of LumaFlow, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us (through Apple) for LumaFlow in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law (including, for EU consumers, liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct).

You may stop using LumaFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms. On termination, the licence granted to you ends; provisions that by their nature survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of LumaFlow after the change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or LumaFlow shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you retain the protections of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
